While I love living right by downtown San Francisco, I love getting out and exploring beyond the city. Last weekend we took a drive north, after just an hour of driving we found ourselves a world away from Sausalito in the small waterfront town of Inverness. Getting in the spirit of the cold and foggy day, we storm watched, bundled up in our winter Barbours, and had some amazingly delicious oysters paired with some equally tasty brews. A day like that never ceases to remind me what I love about Northern California.
